It was expected Dettori would be able to ride the unbeaten-in-five colt in his warm-up race in the the Prix de Fontainebleau at Longchamp on April 15, before heading towards the French 2000 Guineas.

The Italian helped trainer Christophe Ferland to break into the big league when winning the Group One Prix Morny and the Prix Jean-Luc Lagardere.

"Christophe has signed a contract with the owners, and I have no complaints with either him, or Frankie Dettori. The horse is well and the plan is to run next week," said Ferland.
