The 26-year-old's contract had been due to expire in the summer, with Boulogne having fallen behind David Mele and Florian Cazenave in the pecking order for the No.9 shirt.

Boulogne, who had previous spells at Castres and Albi, has managed just 28 appearances - 16 of which came from the bench - in his two seasons with the Stade Aime Giral outfit.

However he will now make the switch to Pau, with the Stade du Hameau club currently fourth in the second tier and chasing a play-off place.
