The 24-year-old, who can play in either the No.9 or No.10 jerseys, has spent the past two seasons at the Stade Amedee-Domenech having previously played for Toulouse and Montauban.

However after landing 341 points in 54 appearances for Brive, Belie, who won the Top 14 title with Toulouse in 2008, is now poised to make the move to Paris.

But with Belie's current deal with Brive not due to expire until 2014, Metro are believed to have agreed a transfer fee to secure his services.
